Accessing the Product Catalog

You can manage the Product Catalog by using the Product Catalog console or by using APIs.

Updating the Product Catalog data

To access the Product Catalog Console

  1. Log in by using the following URL: 
    http://<midtierServer>:<portNumber>/arsys
  2. From the Application Launcher menu, select Applications > Product Catalog > Product Catalog Console.

To access the Product Catalog by using APIs

You can manage the Product Catalog by using the BMC Remedy AR System APIs, including Oracle Java, C++, web services, and forms. For more information, see  Developing an API program Open link  in the BMC Remedy Action Request System online documentation.
