Deleting offline products and versions in bulk
You can delete products and versions that are marked as Offline in the Product Catalog. For information about changing the status of a product to offline, see Associating product versions to a software license contract. When you delete a product, its versions, company, and relationship associations are also deleted.

To delete offline products in bulk
- Search for the products by specifying the search criteria.
See Searching for product entries in the Manage Products Console. - From the Products tab of the Search Results table, select the offline products that you want to delete.
- From the Select Actions list, select Delete > Products.
- Click Perform.
- Click OK to confirm the deletion.
To delete offline product versions in bulk
Perform the following steps to delete offline versions in bulk:
- Search for the products by specifying the search criteria.
See Searching for product entries in the Manage Products Console. - From the Products tab of the Search Results table, select one or more products.
The versions associated with the selected products are displayed on the Model/Version tab. - From the Model/Version tab of the Search Results table, select the offline versions.
- From the Select Actions list, select Delete > Versions.
- Click Perform.
- Click OK to confirm the deletion.
