Service Context configuration settings

The Service Context section contains the configurations for the BMC Atrium Service Context plug-in logs that can be used for troubleshooting

If you are in a server group environment, select the required Remedy AR System server from the Select Server drop-down list. If you have a stand-alone environment, the required server name is automatically displayed.

Maximum Number Of Log Files for API

The maximum number of backup files that the system generates when the log file size exceeds the limit specified in the Maximum Log File Size.


Logging Level

Defines the type of information that is saved in the log file. Possible types are Error, Info, Debug, Warn, Trace, and Fatal.

Log File Name for API

Specifies the log file name for BMC Atrium Service Context.

Maximum Log File Size for API

Specifies the maximum size of the log file for API.

When the log file reaches the file size limit, it is renamed and a new log file is created. The older files are not automatically deleted.
