Corrected issue
This patch contains an updated version of the affected adapters, which fix the following adapters.

DRAUM-25923 | Web Services, BMC Network Automation (now TrueSight Network Automation), and BMC Atrium CMDB adapters are not getting enabled on TrueSight Orchestration Platform version 20.02. This happens due to an upgrade in the underlying libraries in the platform. This does not affect the adapter module for the adapters. To fix this issue, apply Patch 1 for version 20.19.02. |
Downloading the patch
This patch contains the files for the adapters only and does not include a complete content installer.

Applying the patch
After downloading the patch files, perform these steps to apply the patch in your environment:
- Save the patch files on a server where TrueSight Orchestration adapters are installed.
The zipped file contains the following files:- ro-adapter-ws_20.19.02.001.aroar
- ro-adapter-bmc-atrium-cmdb-actor_20.19.02.001.aroar
- ro-adapter-bmc-network-automation-actor_20.19.02.001.aroar
- Go to the Grid Manager and click Repository Manager at the top-right corner.
- On the Repository Manager > Content tab, click Upload and browse and select one file at a time and upload the adapter files.
Adapters are uploaded successfully. - Go back to the Grid Manager > Manage > Adapters tab, and from the list of Adapters in the Repository, select the adapters that you uploaded and click Upgrade Adapters on Grid.
Selected adapters are upgraded and appear in the Adapters on the Grid list.

When will the content update versions be re-numbered to match the platform versions?

It might happen in the next release. However, the patches on top of this version will still carry this numbering.

The BNA adapter include in the patch is bmc-adapter-bmc-network-automation-actor_20.19.02.001.aroar not ro-adapter-bmc-network-automation-actor_20.19.02.001.aroar
We've corrected the BMC Network Automation adapter name which is zipped with the patch.
