Updating the change management security profile

The change management security profile defines access to change management users. Many users can share a single profile, and a user can have different profiles for tasks and changes.

To update the change management security profile

  1. From the HP ServiceCenter System Navigator window, select Menu navigation > Services > Change Management > Maintenance > Profiles, and then search for the COORDINATOR profile.
  2. Select all basic options.
  3. Select the group that you created in Creating the change management groups in Approved Groups and Review Groups.
  4. Enter any other configuration required for the profile, then click Save.
