20.19.01.001: Patch 1 for version 20.19.01

Corrected issues

This patch contains the updated version of the ITSM Automation runbook, which fixes the following issues:

Issue ID	Description
DRAOC-62580	Extra text appears in the Summary field when a change request is created in BMC Remedy IT Service Management using the ITSM Automation runbook.
DRAOC-62700	Change request is not created if the Summary field contains special characters.

This patch contains the files for the ITSM Automation runbook only and does not include a complete content installer.

On a server where ITSM Automation runbook is installed, do these steps:

Download and save the patch files on a server where the runbook is installed.
The zipped file contains the following files:
- AutoPilot-OA-ITSM_Automation.20.19.01.001.roar
- BMC-SA-ITSM_Automation.20.19.01.001.roar
Go to the Grid Manager and click Repository Manager at the top-right corner.
On the Repository Manager > Content tab, click Upload and browse and select one file at a time and upload the module files.
Modules are uploaded successfully.
Go back to the Grid Manager > Manage > Modules tab, and from the list of Modules in the Repository, select the modules that you uploaded and click Activate.
Selected modules are activated. You can now configure the modules as per your environment.
