Creating the change management groups
Create the group under which the changes and tasks will be created.
To create the change management group
- From the HP ServiceCenter System Navigator window, select Menu navigation > Services > Change Management > Maintenance > Groups.

- Enter the information needed to create the group you want to add.

Type the name of the group
Enter a description for the group
This is the profile of a change manager who approves changes. Enter
( optional ) Select the calendar that the group will use
( optional ) Select the time zone for the group
- Enter the group members and the group approvers, then click Finish.
