Configuring adapters for the Service Desk Automation Run Book
This topic describes the adapters required for the Service Desk Automation Run Book and their configurations.
Note
Based on the use case that you want to automate, you may require to configure one or more adapters apart from the BMC Remedy AR System actor and monitor adapter. For example, if you want to use the JMS alert mechanism to invoke the service request fulfillment use case, you would require the JMS actor and monitor adapters. If you want to run the Extend mailbox size use case, you may want to enable the Microsoft Exchange adapter.
The following table describes the adapters required for the out-of-the-box use cases with the run book.
