BMC Remedy AR System actor adapter requests and responses

The adapter is used to perform actions on BMC Remedy Action Request System (BMC Remedy AR System) schemas. Each adapter instance is capable of interacting with multiple schemas on a single server. This adapter can be configured using the peer mapping feature, allowing the user to define a configuration to be used for a specific peer's interaction with BMC Remedy AR System.

The current BMC Remedy AR System adapter includes support for batch operations, which create entries in the application in a sequential manner. Starting TrueSight Orchestration Content 20.18.01, the BMC Remedy AR System actor adapter supports bulk transaction operations. The bulk transaction operations are executed in a transaction-based manner, which means if any of the entries in the operation is incorrect, the entire operation is rolled back.
