Process design
Process design is a primary function of the TrueSight Orchestration Development Studio application. The Designer pane contains the design-modeling tools needed to create, edit, and test processes. A process is a set of linked activities that perform a specific function. TrueSight Orchestration Development Studio enables you to automate manual processes and when used with the TrueSight Orchestration solution helps you manage disparate processes across the organization. You can use pre-built processes to rapidly develop processes customized for your environment.
Many processes are ready for use as soon as they are imported. You can customize the imported process or create a new process in TrueSight Orchestration Development Studio. Processes can be simple like executing a SNMP get or complex like analyzing an incoming event then generating and validating a resolution and finally documenting a trouble ticket. Processes can call other processes to use additional functionality.
