Viewing the email distribution lists

Email distribution lists define email addresses. Email lists are used by:

  • Jobs, Predefined Jobs, and Policies: To send email notifications
  • Jobs: To send job state transition emails
  • Reports: To email a report

To view the listing of email distribution lists

  1. Navigate to Admin > Network Admin > Email Lists.
  2. (Optional): Perform one of the following tasks by using the menu options that are available on the Email Distribution Lists page:

    Menu option
    Description
    AddAdd a new email distribution list.
    Print ViewPrint the list of email distribution lists.
    RefreshRefresh the list.
    HelpDisplay help for email distribution lists.
  3. (Optional) Perform one of the following actions by clicking an icon in the Actions column on the Email Distribution Lists page:

    Description
    ViewDisplay details about the email distribution lists
    EditEdit the email distribution lists
    CopyCopy the email distribution lists
    DeleteDelete the email distribution list

    Note: You cannot delete an email distribution list that is currently referenced by any other component (such as job, policy, or predefined job). You must clear these references manually before the list can be deleted successfully.
