Managing the BMC Remedy components

This topic describes how to manage the components within TrueSight Network Automation that interface with BMC Remedy.

When you enable the Enable Continuous Compliance for Network Automation option during installation or after upgrade of TrueSight Network Automation (through system parameters), several TrueSight Network Automation UI components are added, including Remedy Inbox and an option for requiring Remedy approval is displayed in the Approvals Type dialog box. The Enable Continuous Compliance for Network Automation option is available when you choose to integrate with TrueSight Orchestration during installation or after upgrade.
