TrueSight Infrastructure Management appears disconnected in TrueSight console

In the TrueSight console,  TrueSight Infrastructure Managementappears disconnected even if it is up and running.

To resolve this issue, increase the value of the tsim.component.disconnect.retry.interval property to more than 15000 milliseconds (default). For example, to set the value to 30000 milliseconds, perform one of the following tasks:

  • Run the following commands:
    1. tssh properties set tsim.component.disconnect.retry.interval 30000

    2. tssh properties reload

  • Run the following command:
    tssh properties set tsim.component.disconnect.retry.interval 30000 reload
