BMC TrueSight Operations Management 11.3.04 Release notes and notices

Technical bulletin — Announcing troubleshooting documentation for correcting upgrade and post-upgrade issues

Before you upgrade your TrueSight Presentation Server and TrueSight Infrastructure Management server to version 11.3.04, perform the following tasks:

  1. Download, install, and run the  TrueSight Health Check Tool Open link  to review and resolve some of the common install or upgrade issues before proceeding to install or upgrade the TrueSight Operations Management components.
  2. Review the Troubleshooting version 11.3.04 upgrade and post-upgrade issues Open link  topic to resolve common issues with the upgrade and post-upgrade tasks.
