Information notice on product usage

When You use TrueSight IT Data Analytics Software (the "Software"), BMC Software, Inc. ("BMC") will collect certain product usage information such as aggregated usage data, search information, IP Address, and configuration metadata ("Collected Information"), however, BMC will not collect personally-identifiable information or personal data.

By selecting the Allow BMC to collect product usage information check box, You understand and agree that BMC will collect, process, and store Your Collected Information solely for BMC’s statistical analyses of the Software’s use by end users and only in an aggregated form, without the possibility of identifying an individual user from another user. You may opt out from the collection of Your Collected Information at any time.

The Collected Information will be hosted on behalf of BMC and its affiliates by Amazon Web Service, Inc. ("AWS"), a US-based company. BMC and AWS take reasonable and appropriate security measures to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the Collected Information and to prevent it from unauthorized disclosure.  This includes maintaining appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure the Collected Information. BMC has deployed the Software in full compliance with local data privacy laws and regulations, as well as with the BMC Privacy Policy and its Data Privacy Binding Corporate Rules.
