Exchanging events and data with BMC Impact Manager by using SOAP web services
BMC Impact Integration Web Services (SOAP) provide operations for web service clients to exchange events and data with BMC Impact Manager cells.
BMC Impact Integration Web Services (SOAP) perform the following functions:
- Send events to BMC Impact Manager cell
- Query data and events from BMC Impact Manager cell
- Query class definitions from BMC Impact Manager cell
- Poll events from BMC Impact Manager cell
BMC Impact Integration Web Services Developer Package
The BMC Impact Integration Web Services Developer Package includes a a server, a web service, and a sample client. It enables web service client developers to build a client that can connect to and exchange events with the BMC Impact Manager network.

BMC Impact Integration Web Services provides a web service. The web services developer is responsible for building the client.
