pw monitor list

Run the following command to view the list of monitors running on an agent:

Note

For non-Administrators, or users without root access to the operating system, this command will be executed on all monitors for which the user has access.

pw monitor list[-a <agent name| agent ip>]

Example:

To view the list of monitors running on the local agent X86, run the following command:

pw monitor list -a X86

View list of monitors running on local agent 'x86'

To view the list of monitors running on all agents on a system, run the following command:

pw monitor list -allagents

Note

Because SNMP monitors do not run on any agent, they are not listed when the pw monitor list command is run.

To lists monitor instances associated with a PATROL Agent, run the following command:

pw monitor list –patrolAgent <PatrolAgent ip | PatrolAgent name | PublishHostname> -port <port number>

Example:

To lists the monitor instances associated with the PATROL Agent, vm-v28-rds818.pune-labs.bmc.com  with port number 6570, run the following command:

pw monitor list –patrolAgent vm-v28-rds818.pune-labs.bmc.com -port 6570

View list of monitor instances associated with the PATROL Agent, vm-v28-rds818.pune-labs.bmc.com
