The IVM Host tab under HP-UX > Data Explorer is split into the following views:

CPU Profile

The following charts are displayed under HP-UX > Data Explorer > IVM Host > CPU Profile:

  • Physical cores: CPU_NUM
  • Configured cores: For each IVM: CPU_NUM
CPU Utilization - Top 10 PartitionsIVM: CPU_UTIL (line chart) 
CPU Utilization
  • CPU Physical Used %: Host CPU_UTIL 
  • CPU Partition Used Average %: AVG (IVM CPU_UTIL)
Processor States BreakdownThe following metrics add up to 100%:
  • System: IVM_Host.CPU_UTIL_SYSTEM 
  • User: IVM_Host.CPU_UTIL_USER 
  • Wait: IVM_Host.CPU_UTIL_WAIO 
  • Idle: IVM_Host.CPU_UTIL_IDLE
