Datastore Pool page in the BMC CLM view
The Datastore Pool page displays a summary of all Datastore pools available in all pods and clouds of the BMC CLM view.
To access this page, in the TrueSight console, select Capacity > Views > Cloud > BMC CLM and click the Datastore Pool tab.
The following figure shows the Datastore Pool view page displaying the datastore pool related information.

Viewing the BMC CLM Datastore Pool table
The Datastore Pool tab contains the Datastore Pools table that displays the following information for each Datastore Pool. For more information about sorting, see Sorting a table in the TrueSight console.
Datastore Pools table: Description of columns
Name of the Datastore Pool. Clicking on one of the datastore pools in this column takes you to the Datastore Pool Details page
|Pod||Name of the pod the Datastore Pool belongs to. Clicking on the link takes you to the Pod page in the BMC CLM view page.|
Total capacity of the Datastore Pool, measured in Gigabytes.
|Datastore Used [GB]||Total capacity of the Datastore Pool currently in use, measured in Gigabytes.|
|Days to Saturation||Projected amount of time before the Datastore Pool runs out of available capacity.|
For more information on the Days to Saturation and other indicator parameters used for metric computations in this view, see Indicators.
Viewing detailed information about a datastore pool
After you click on the datastore pool in the Name column, the details for that datastore pool are displayed in the Datastore Pool Details page. The Datastore Pool Details page displays the following information:
Datastore Pool Details table
|Section or Panel||Description|
|General details section|
General details, such as datastore pool name, type, and a number of elements within it are displayed. The cloud type is Cloud - Virtual Datastore Pool.
|Related Information panel|
Clicking the links in the Related Information panel displays the other information related to the selected datastore pool.
|Tags panel||Displays tags, if any, that are associated with the datastore pool. You can add tags to the datastore pool using the action menu that is located next to Tags. For more information, see Working with tag filters.|
The Summary tab, that is displayed by default, displays details for the selected datastore pool in a horizontal summary table, as well as charts.
Analysis charts: Core metrics for the selected entity are displayed as analysis charts, depending on available data. A link at the bottom of each chart allows you to view the data for a specific resource type. You can download, save an offline copy, annotate, and print the charts. For more information, see Managing charts.
|Configuration Details tab||The Configuration Details tab displays the configuration matrix for the selected datastore pool.|
The Contained Datastores tab displays information for all datastore contained in the datastore pool. For more information, see Viewing Contained Datastore in a Datastore Pool.
Viewing Contained Datastores in a Datastore Pool
The Contained Datastores tab in the Datastore Pool Details page displays the following information for all datastores contained in the selected Datastore Pool.
Contained Datastores table: Description of columns
Name of the contained datastore.
Clicking on one of the datastores in this column takes you to the Datastore details page. For more information, see Datastore details.
Total capacity of the contained datastore, measured Gigahertz.
|Datastore Used [GHz]||Total capacity of the datastore currently in use, measured in Gigabytes.|
|Days to Saturation||Projected amount of time before the Datastore Pool runs out of available capacity|

Using data filter and other controls in tables
You can export and filter the information that is displayed in tables to suit your need. For instance, you can show or hide columns, filter tables on particular domains, select a different cloud or pod, clear the selected cloud or pod, and so on. For more information, see Exporting and filtering tables.
