Using the resolver utility

This section describes the resolver utility, which is installed with your service installation. It is used by BMC Customer Support to gather information when transaction information does not seem to be evaluated correctly in terms of the highlighting of the details or the statistics published.

The tool can be used to capture transaction details from history where they can be replayed for analysis, or it can be used to create sample input files that can also be replayed.
