Uninstalling the Java EE Service Toolkit from a UNIX or z/OS platform

If you are reinstalling or upgrading and want to keep your existing configuration settings, create a backup copy of the eaa.xml file.

  1. At a command prompt, enter btmjeesvc.sh --status to ensure that the extension is stopped. If it is running, type btmjeesvc.sh --stop.
  2. Enter rm btmjeesvc*.
