Setting up the WMQ Connection server connection channel from the Management Console

Setting up the WMQ Connection server connection channel from the Management Console enables you to create the TrueSight Middleware Administrator (TSMA) WMQ Connection for a single queue manager. This method is useful for troubleshooting or in a smaller development or test environment.

Before you begin

To set up a WMQ connection using the Management Console

From the Object Repository tab of the Management Console, right-click on a queue manager and from the displayed popup menu, select Create TSMA WMQ Connection.
In the displayed Create TSMA WMQ Connection dialog box, define the WMQ Connection and the associated server connection channel.
Click OK to confirm the connection settings.
