Downloading the installation files
You obtain the product installation files by downloading them from the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) website. Your ability to access product pages on the EPD website is determined by the license entitlements purchased by your company. To understand which files you are entitled to download, access the license entitlements for your product.
You can find information about service packs and patches under Release notes and notices.
If you sign up for you will be notified about new service packs or patches for applying the latest changes, as well as bulletins about critical fixes.
Installation filesThe following table provides links to the page in the EPD website that contains the installation files for this product. From the EPD page you can select and download the installation files for your platform. Access to the EPD website requires that you provide your BMC Support credentials. You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.
Where to go from here
Carefully review the system requirements for your platform and other tasks necessary for setting up the installation environment. You must perform these tasks before you launch the installation program.
- Download any Fix Packs - download the latest agent and server Fix Packs from the Electronic Product Download website. Review the readme of the Fix Packs to determine if there are any special instructions that override the documentation and when they should be applied for a new installation. The latest Fix Pack information can be viewed under Release notes and notices.

After logging on, access and download the installation files from the Electronic Product Download website.
