Advanced configuration for the Sun Java System Web Server extension

You might need the content of the URI or a HTTP header published as payload data. This can be accomplished using message formats with a Message RFH2 Buffer field and XML sub-field as specified in the tables below.

/usr/uuid

The UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) that is assigned to the request/response pair and matches on the input and output. If the UUID is not present and if Inject UUID is checked on the Activity Implementation, btmiis injects a unique identifier as an HTTP header.

/usr/uri

The URI of the request or response (for input and output respectively).

/usr/raw_header

All of the HTTP(S) headers for a given request or response (for input and output respectively).

As an example, RFH2 structures could be used alone in a Message Format, or included in a larger Message Format. The UUID field could be used as the transaction identifier for the transaction, and portions of the HTTP body could be used as payload data for the transaction.
