Troubleshooting agent upgrade issues
Use the following information to solve issues you may encounter while upgrading agents:
Agent continues to display the previous version even after it is upgraded successfully
After upgrading an agent to a later version, the agent might continue to display the previous version number in agentinfo. This issue can be resolved by restarting the server on which the agent is upgraded.
Syslog is disabled when upgrading RSCD agent using native installers on AIX
