Troubleshooting console upgrade
Use the following information to solve issues you may encounter while installing agents:
Console on Windows fails to start after upgrade to 8.7
If the console fails to launch after upgrading to version 8.7 from previous versions, you can try deleting the org.eclipse.core.resources folder located at C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Bladelogic\1_2_1\Workspace1\.metadata\.plugins. Ensure that you have enabled the option to view hidden files from the control panel, while navigating to the org.eclipse.core.resources folder.
