AO Configuration dialog box
This dialog box lists all defined CDP connections to BMC Atrium Orchestrator and enables you to create additional connections for the integration between BMC Server Automation and BMC Remedy ITSM Change Management. This integration enables you to track infrastructure change actions initiated by a BMC Server Automation operator. For more information about this setup, see Enabling BMC Remedy ITSM integration for job approval.
The CDP connections are listed in a table with the following columns of data about each connection:
IP address or fully-qualified host name of the BMC Atrium Orchestrator CDP server.
Port number used to connect to the BMC Atrium Orchestrator CDP.
Name defined for the BMC Atrium Orchestrator grid. All defined connections must be on the same grid.
Name of the BMC Atrium Orchestrator user who logs on to the CDP. This user must be associated with the ADMIN role in BMC Atrium Orchestrator.
Whether this CDP is the primary instance (in a high-availability environment with multiple CDP instances).
Whether the connection to the CDP is SSL-enabled and based on an HTTPS connection.
Amount of time, in seconds, before a BMC Server Automation job that connects to BMC Atrium Orchestrator times out. The default is 300 seconds (5 minutes).
