Adding a compliance rule group

You can create any number of compliance rule groups to contain the various compliance rules that you define. Organizing compliance rules in groups can make it easier to re-position compliance rules.

To add a compliance rule group

  1. On the content editor, click the Compliance tab.
  2. Click Add New Rule Group .
    The Add Compliance Rule Group window opens.
  3. For Name, enter an identifying name for the rule group. For Description, you can optionally provide descriptive text.
  4. For Reference Number, enter any identifier needed to synchronize this rule group with some external system.
  5. For Notes, you can enter additional information about the compliance rule group.
  6. Click OK.
