Offline downloader and online catalog failing for Red Hat

Due to recent unannounced changes to the Red Hat website, all BMC BladeLogic Server Automation version 8.x  systems are currently unable to successfully download new patches from the Red Hat Network (RHN).

Until this situation is resolved you are unable to create or update Red Hat Catalogs in BMC BladeLogic Server Automation.

BMC is working to address this outage as expeditiously as possible  To avoid an overflow of help desk tickets and a dilution of this effort, please do not create any new tickets on this particular issue without first checking the OS Patching Vendor Health Dashboard at https://communities.bmc.com/docs/DOC-23201.

The communities page will be kept up to date on the status of this issue. We appreciate your business and thank you for your patience as this matter is resolved.
