Ability to perform Patch Analysis with offline Windows and Solaris catalogs without payloads

In versions earlier than BMC Server Automation version 8.2, if offline Microsoft Windows and Oracle Solaris catalogs included patches that did not contain payloads, the Catalog Update Job failed and you could not perform patch analysis by using that catalog.

Starting with BMC Server Automation version 8.2, you can perform patch analysis by using Windows and Solaris offline catalogs that do not contain payloads. During catalog update, the catalog now succeeds with a warning that the payloads are not available, and you can use the catalog for analyzing patches. However, deploying those patches fails if the payloads are not available at the time of deploy.
