In the list under Available Authorizations, do any of the following:

• To assign individual system authorizations, click the System tab at the bottom of the Available Authorizations list. Then, select system authorizations.
• To assign individual command authorizations, click the Commands tab at the bottom of the Available Authorizations list. Then, select commands.
  
  If you select a server group, the job runs against the servers assigned to that group at the time of execution. The servers assigned to smart groups can change dynamically based on their server properties. You can modify static server groups manually by adding or removing servers.
  To move your selections to the Selected Authorizations list, click the right arrow.
