Scheduling Activities access restrictions

The access restrictions under Scheduling Activities determine a user's ability to create, delete, run, or otherwise manage schedules after logon. When selected, that function is accessible to the user. To select or clear all restrictions in this section, click Toggle All. To allow access to only certain functions, select those restrictions and clear all restrictions for functions that the user should not access. The restrictions in this section are: 

  • Manage Schedules
    • Create Schedules
    • Delete Schedules
    • Run Schedules Manually
    • Activate/Deactivate Schedules
    • Edit Schedules
    • Configure Schedules
