Removal of the dependency from the NT_HEALTH application class

The dependency of Processor and Memory on the following attributes of the Health AT A Glance (NT_HEALTH) application class is removed in the remote monitoring:

• Total Processor Utilization (ProcessorUtilization): This attribute can be monitored even if the _TOTAL instance of the NT_CPU application is excluded from monitoring.
• Resource Contention (ResourceContention): This attribute can be monitored even if the _TOTAL instance of the NT_CPU application is excluded from monitoring.
• Memory Usage (MemoryUsage): This attribute can be monitored even if the MEMORY application is excluded from monitoring.
