Physical Host State (State)

Displays the current connection status for a host (ESX server).
Connection status values include:

  • 0 - Connected - indicates that the host is powered on and connected with vCenter
  • 1 - Maintenance mode - indicates that the host is in maintenance mode
  • 2 - Stand By - indicates that the host is in standby mode
  • 3 - DRS Powered Off - indicates that the Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) has powered off the host
  • 4 - DRS Powered On Failed - indicates that DRS failed to power on the host
  • 5 - Disconnected - indicates that the host is disconnected from vCenter
  • 6 - HAagentFailed - indicates that High Availability (HA) agent on host has failed
  • 7 - Unknown - indicates any other state except the above mentioned states

Note

The Physical Host State attribute in BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management is referred as State parameter in BMC PATROL.

Error rendering macro 'Include+'

The 'Include+' macro can only be used in spaces managed by Scroll Versions / Scroll Translations.

All 'Include+' and 'Excerpt Include+' macros must be converted to normal 'Include Page' and 'Excerpt Include' macros in such spaces.
