Rollback Transaction Ratio (UserRBRatio)
The UserRBRatio parameter reports the percentage of all transactions that have been rolled back in the previous interval.
This typically means that they have failed to perform any useful work. Some older Oracle tools used to issue a rollback before every transaction but these tools are unlikely to be in current use.
