Rollback Segment Entry Waits (RSEntWaits)
The RSEntWaits parameter reports the ratio of rollback segment entry waits to entry gets. This parameter is calculated using the amountof change from the last sample to the current sample. The annotation for this parameter reports the time interval and all delta data for rollback segments from v$waitstat.
