Database Writer Checkpoints (DBWRCheckpoints)
This parameter graphs the number of times the DBWR was asked to scan the cache and write all blocks marked for a checkpoint.
Recommendations
If the number is consistently high, consider increasing the number of database writer processes (if your environment allows it).
Consider increasing the size of the buffer cache.
