Selecting data collection categories
This topic describes how to select data collection categories for the servers in a JBoss Application Server environment.
Notes
- The collection categories that you select are applied for all servers in the JBoss environment.
- If you clear the selection of any collection categories later, only data collection stops. The category itself is not deleted from the GUI.
- If discovery fails for an instance, clear the selection of the corresponding collection category and then select it again to attempt discovery again.
To select categories for data collection
- Access the application menu of the JBoss environment as described in Menu commands.
- Select Select Collection Categories.
- In the Select collection categories dialog box, select the check boxes for the data collection categories that you want to use.
