Error messages
The following error messages will help to discover the source of problems and help you to resolve them.
KM Error Messages

ZXC9998E | Problem with the provided arguments | Consult the BMC Customer support for additional assistance. |
ZXC9994E | XML agent not found | Check that the PATROL Agent is running or not. |
ZXC9993E | Failed to establish the connection with the server. (Host not found) | Check if the configured Entuity server is active and can be accessed or not. |

ZXC9980E | Connection declined. (Specified/provided protocol might be invalid) | Verify the policy settings. |
ZXC9979E | Failed to get system information for this server | The following information is not displayed: Platform, Version, Patch level |
ZXC9978E | Entuity server is not responding. (Incorrect port or protocol) | Verify the policy settings. |
ZXC9977E | Failed to access the configured view. (User does not have access to the configured view) |

ZXC0072E | The minimum value of Thread Pool must be less than or equal to its maximum value. | If possible increase the maximum value or decrease the minimum value |
ZXC0071E | The minimum value of Connection Pool must be less than or equal to its maximum value. | If possible increase the maximum value or decrease the minimum value |

ZXC0044E | Failed to start java process. (Undefined JAVA_HOME) | Verify whether the JAVA_HOME is defined in the environment variable or through the policy settings and update it if needed. |
