DB2 Instance Availability Percentage (DB2InstanceAvailabilityPct)

This parameter replaces the old parameter DB2ServerOK. It displays the percentage of available partitions of the instance, so for example if one instance has two partitions the following cases can occur:

  1. If the two partitions are up and are working fine then the value of this parameter will be 100% and the state will be ok
  2. If one partition is working fine and the other partition is down then the value of this parameter will be 50% and will be in warn state
  3. If both partitions are down then the value of this parameter will be 0% and it will be in an alarm state
