Data commands client connection (DataCommandsClientConnection)
Warning
This feature is not supported by the KM version 9.6.20 and later. For more information, see Release notes and notices.
The DataCommandsClientConnection attribute monitors the SSH connection that is used to collect data. It indicates if the status of SSH connection is OK or NOT.
This attribute collects data only if you are monitoring remote UNIX DB2 environments. The parameter will not be discovered if you are monitoring local UNIX DB2 environments.
The KM connects to the DB2 host using two SSH client connections. One connection is used to discover the KM and determine its availability, and the other connection is used to collect data that is gathered by the dataCollector. This behavior prevents the load on a single connection, ensuring smooth monitoring of your DB2 environment.
