Modifying BMC Server Automation server setups

If desired, you can modify the BMC Server Automation server setup.

1. Right-click BMC Server Automation and select KM Commands > Configuration > Setup Automation Server Monitoring
   The Configured Applications Servers dialog box is displayed.
2. Select one or more server accounts to modify
3. Select Modify, and then Enter.
   The Modify server configuration dialog box is displayed.
4. Modify all or some of the following details:

   Field	Description
   Username	User name. The user name can contain only the following characters: A through Z a through z 0 through 9 _  (underscore)  -(hyphen)  @  . (period) Note: The devices are displayed in accordance to the permissions assigned to the user name
   Password	Password. Note: The password field cannot be blank, the password must contain at least one character
   Role	The role field is optional.

5. Click Authentication Server Details. The Authentication Server Details dialog box is displayed.
6. Enter the following details:

   Field	Description
   Host name/ IP	Name or IP address of the BMC Server Automation server
   Authentication Port	Port Number (leave empty, if authentication server is same as the registry server )

7. Click Accept.
8. Click Apply.
