Note

1) BMC Network Automation Help pages cannot be loaded if the TLS v1.2 handshaking protocol is used. If your browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, is configured to allow only the TLS v1.2 handshaking protocol, the Help link provided in the BMC Network Automation UI cannot open the corresponding online technical documentation page. The BMC online technical documentation server (docs.bmc.com) does not support the use of the TLS v1.2 handshaking protocol.

Workaround: Access docs.bmc.com using another environment where TLS v1.2 is not being used, and download the content for print or access on a mobile device.

2) When you upgrade from IE 10 to IE 11, ensure that you clear the browser cache. In addition, if you want to view BMC Network Network Automation with IE 11 and if the browser is set to display sites in the compatibility view, you must change the browser settings. To change the settings, from the Tools menu, select the Compatibility View settings command. Clear the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View check box.

3) When you use Mozilla Firefox, the pop-up dialog box with the message, Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs is displayed when you make several similar actions in quick succession. If you select this option, you cannot perform any further action until you refresh the page.
