Pipe Information section
This section might also be present for data definitions that did not participate in a pipe so that the reason why the data definition did not participate can be recorded. This condition is indicated when bits 0 and 1 of the SMFJOPFLG flag byte are both set to 0. If either of these bits is set to 1, this section indicates participation in a pipe regardless of the values of the SMFJONSHR and SMFJONPIP fields. The Pipe Information section might not appear in all records.
