Panel Help1
Panel-level Help displays a pop-up window that explains the panel's purpose, provides information about using the panel, and provides a description of all of the fields on the panel.
The dialog displays the panel-level Help when you activate the Help feature with the cursor on the Command line or on any part of the panel other than the action bar, a choice entry, or a data entry field.
