Editing Job Optimizer Pipes initialization parameters member

To view and edit a Job Optimizer Pipes Initialization parameters member

1. Access the MainView Batch Optimizer Objects List panel.
2. Type E in the action field to the left of the Job Optimizer Pipes initialization parameters member (PIPPRMxx) that you want to edit, and press Enter.

   The following figure shows the Job Optimizer Pipes Initialization Parameters panel. This panel lists the Job Optimizer Pipes initialization parameters. You created a sample PIPPRMxx member during the customization process in preparation to execute the installation verification jobs. Customize this member to meet the needs of your site.

3. Edit the fields as needed.

   Clear any characters that remain from the previously displayed value.

4. Press Enter to save your changes.
5. Commit your changes to the control data set by using one of the following methods:

   • Choose File > 2 (Save policy) or type Save on the Command line.

     The dialog saves the changed job policy and displays the same panel.

   • Press F3 (Exit). The dialog displays a Confirm Exit pop-up message. Type 1 (Save changes to disk and exit), and press Enter.
