Dumping MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem information

If Job Optimizer is enabled, the BSL DUMP commands control dump information about the MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem.

The information that is dumped depends on the command that you use.

To dump MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem information

Enter the following command:

mbos BSL DUMP [ action]

  • mbos - The subsystem ID of the MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem that is active on the MVS image.

  • action - One of the following Actions:

Dumps the address space and the data space of the MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem and the debug data space

DEBUG

Dumps the debug data space

JOBID JOB nnnn

Dumps the address space and data space of the MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem, the debug data space, and all JES and XJS address spaces that are related to the specified job number ( nnnn )

The JOBID portion of the parameter is optional.

ASID nnnn

Dumps the specified address space
