Activating and stopping MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem tracing
Job Optimizer provides trace information that Customer Support can use to follow the processing of the MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem.
Use the BSL TRACE command to record the information. The BSL DUMP command produces the trace data that Customer Support uses for analysis.
To record trace information about the MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem
Enter the following command:
mbos BSL TRACE {ON | OFF}
mbos - The subsystem ID of the MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem that is active on the MVS image.

ON | Starts recording MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem information |
OFF | Stops recording MainView Batch Optimizer Subsystem information |
