Relocating the MainView Batch Optimizer password

Use the following procedure to relocate the password for MainView Batch Optimizer.

If your password is not in the STEPLIB or LINKLST, you can add a BMCPSWD DD statement to the MBOBCSS and MBOP procedures to identify the password location.

To relocate the MainView Batch Optimizer password

If your password is not in the STEPLIB or LINKLST, you can add a BMCPSWD DD statement to the MBOBCSS and MBOP procedures to identify the password location.

//BMCPSWD DD DISP=SHR,DSN=HLQ.BMCPSWD

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
