Fail past steps on JCL error option

This option has the following possible values:

• Y - Job Optimizer will terminate steps that are executing at the same time as a step that fails with a JCL error if the steps appear sequentially before the failing step.

• N - Job Optimizer will not terminate steps that are executing at the same time as a step that fails with a JCL error if the steps appear sequentially before the failing step.
